How are the product(s) made and what materials are they made from?

• Our bracelets and necklace are made from Polymer clay which can mix the colours and design by your own. This products can be wet but please leave them dry before keeping into the box.
• Please avoid the hot temperature and sharp things.

Shipping date depends on product you ordered.

• Handmade product(s) will take time for approximately over 5-10 days. Please check the shipping date with store before ordering. 
• Sticker will be delivered within 3 days.

The customer received a damaged or incorrect product

In the case that a customer reports a damaged or incorrect product, the customer will be required to send a photo evidence within 3 days of receiving the item(s) via LINE Official ID: @toneoftrip or Email. toneoftrip@gmail.com only. This shipping cost will be covered by the store.

Return exceptions: 

• If your item is damaged upon delivery.
• If you ordered wrong item(s).
• Products purchased during a ‘final sale’ promotion are ineligible for returns/exchanges.
